If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@thebeaarchive.com before sending the item back.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, including the original packaging where applicable. Items must not show any additional signs of wear, use, perfume, odours, stains, alterations or damage. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Return shipping costs, customs charges and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer. The Bea Archive is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed by the shipping carrier chosen by the customer.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees required by their country. Orders that are refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for a refund until the parcel has been successfully returned to us. Original shipping costs and any additional fees incurred will not be refunded.

Every item available at The Bea Archive is carefully inspected before shipment. As our collection consists primarily of vintage and pre-owned pieces, minor signs of age and wear should be expected and are clearly reflected in the product description and photographs.

If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs in order to assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, we kindly ask that you return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
